I confess, I was worried about being hungry when I started the Ultimate Reset. I was particularly concerned because I have IBS and if I don’t get enough food in my system, I can end up with an attack that puts me out of commission for days. Thankfully, I found that the Ultimate Reset has given me more enough food throughout the 21 day detox. Meals are sufficient and the only time I find myself feeling hungry is when it is time to eat!
