Vanilla Shakeology Recipe Calendar

Ultimate Reset Recipe-Asian Cabbage Salad

 

3 Tbsp. rice vinegar

2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice

2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil

1 1/2 Tsp. fresh ginger juice (grate a piece of fresh ginger and squeeze juice into bowl)

2 Tbsp. Bragg Liquid Aminos

1/2 Head Napa or Savoy cabbage (or regular green cabbage)

1 Carrot, shredded

1/4 Small onion, thinly sliced

1 1/2 Green onion, thinly sliced

2 Tbsp. roughly chopped cilantro

Himalayan salt (to taste)

Mix first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Toss with remaining ingredients and let marinate in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. Serves 1.

Greenberry Shakeology Recipes

Mojito Lemonade

  • 1 scoop Greenberry Shakeology
  • 1 tsp. mint or 2 Tbsp. chopped basil
  • 1 cup lemonade

Smooth Coconut

  • 1 scoop Greenberry Shakeology
  • 2 Tbsp. avocado
  • ¼ tsp. coconut extract
  • ½ cup coconut milk beverage
  • ½ cup water

Berry Surprise

  • 1 scoop Greenberry Shakeology
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1 cup rice milk

P90X® Punch

  • 1 scoop Results and Recovery Formula® (use smaller R&R scoop)
  • ½ scoop Greenberry Shakeology
  • 1 cup water

Coco-Pineapple

  • 1 scoop Greenberry Shakeology
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • ½ cup pineapple

Freshie

  • 1 scoop Greenberry Shakeology
  • 2/3 cup cantaloupe
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice

 

 

Ultimate Reset Recipe-Kabocha Squash with Garlic-Tahini Filling

  1. 1/4 Kabocha squash, seeds removed
  2. 2 Tbsp. sesame tahini
  3. 1 Tsp. miso paste
  4. 1/4 Tsp. finely chopped garlic
  5. 1 Tsp. extra virgin olive oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place squash on baking sheet lined with foil. Mix together tahini, miso, garlic, and oil and pour over squash; back for 30 minutes or until squash is fork-tender. Serves 1.
