How to Lose Baby Weight

Losing weight can be a struggle for any woman. It can be particularly hard to lose weight when you’re a new mom. As a new mom you might experience things like low energy, no time, no patience, a lack of resources, as well as feelings of the baby blues, so to speak. New moms have a hard time losing weight because of a multitude of reasons.

I want to give you hope. I lost 45 lbs after having my first son and I’m about to go for it one more time. After having my second baby, I have 30 lbs to lose. I have a bullet-proof method of getting and keeping the weight off to get back to my pre-baby body.

Here are the four simple and easy to follow; methods I implemented to lose 45 lbs of baby weight:

1) Simple, easy to follow meal plan
2) Quick, workouts that can be done in 20-30 min per day
3) Daily meal replacement shake for accelerated weight loss
4) Online bootcamps for accountability

I’m excited to lose the baby weight this time because I know what to do. This is a proven method to losing weight and maintaining weight loss. Having a baby can be stressful and hard,  but it doesn’t mean that you can’t look and feel amazing about yourself. You don’t need a lot of time to get back to your before baby body. You can look and feel confident. For more information go to www.SlimDownWithHolly.com

Sore Muscles and How to Avoid

I just taught Turbo Kick and one thing I do religiously is take a post workout drink to make sure my muscles recover and are less likely to be sore. The number one thing to do within 15-45 minutes of a hard workout or a hard day is to drink a post workout drink to replenish your proteins and carbohydrates. This will refuel your body and help repair your body which means your body will feel less sore.

One of the best ways I have found to fight fatigue and reduce muscle soreness is to drink a post workout drink to replace the nutrients your body has burned through during your workout. By doing so, you are helping yourself get through the day, along with  upcoming days.

Hope you have a great day. Follow me for more information regarding what supplements can do for you and your body.  I have been in the fitness industry for a long time and would love to answer any questions you may have relating to your health and wellness.
