When it comes to facing your fears, we are really faced with the “why” behind the fear.
For instance, we have fear because we are afraid we are going to experience three main types of pain: Loss Pain, Process Pain or Outcome Pain.
Loss pain is basically the fear that we are going to lose something in the process.
Process pain relates to the hardship you’ll endure going after a goal. For example, you know something will be a challenge and you aren’t looking forward to it, so that turns into fear.
Outcome pain is extremely common: it’s the fear that you’ll not get the desired outcome and therefore, don’t even begin.
We have all experienced these fears in our lives and I think it’s important to identify those fears so that we can over come our fear as well.
