How The 7 Day Slim Down Works
Every Day You Will:
- Drink Your Shakeology
- Do a Cardio workout of your choice.
- Examples: walking, jogging, elliptical, swimming, biking, etc.
- Make sure you’re working at about a 7 on a scale of 1-10.
- Add 10 min to your “normal” workout time (if that’s normally 0 min, then you’ll do a minimum of 10 min every day; if it’s normally 30 min, the you’ll do 40 min, etc.)
- Track your food using the Tally Sheets provided.
