Greenberry Shakeology Recipes

Mojito Lemonade

  • 1 scoop Greenberry Shakeology
  • 1 tsp. mint or 2 Tbsp. chopped basil
  • 1 cup lemonade

Smooth Coconut

  • 1 scoop Greenberry Shakeology
  • 2 Tbsp. avocado
  • ¼ tsp. coconut extract
  • ½ cup coconut milk beverage
  • ½ cup water

Berry Surprise

  • 1 scoop Greenberry Shakeology
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1 cup rice milk

P90X® Punch

  • 1 scoop Results and Recovery Formula® (use smaller R&R scoop)
  • ½ scoop Greenberry Shakeology
  • 1 cup water

Coco-Pineapple

  • 1 scoop Greenberry Shakeology
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • ½ cup pineapple

Freshie

  • 1 scoop Greenberry Shakeology
  • 2/3 cup cantaloupe
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice

 

 

Zucchini-Cashew Soup

  • 1 Large or 2 small zucchini, cut into chunks and steamed
  • 1/4 Cup raw cashews
  • Himalayan salt or Bragg Liquid Aminos (to taste)
  • Herbal seasoning or fresh herbs, like basil or dill (optional; to taste)
  • Steamed vegetables (optional; for chunky soups)

Soak cashews in enough water to cover for 1 hour; drain. Combine cashews, zucchini, salt or aminos, and seasonings in blender and mix until smooth, adding water as needed for desired consistency. Pour into saucepan and reheat gently, but do not boil. For chunky soup, add steamed chopped vegetables of your choice. Can also be served cold. Serves 1.

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup red grapes
2 tsp. all-natural peanut butter

Vanilla Chai
1 cup brewed Chai tea, cooled
1 tsp. raw honey
1 dash ground allspice

Pina Colada
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup 100% pineapple juice
1/2 tsp. pure coconut extract

Tiramisu
1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
1 Tbsp. mascarpone (or ricotta cheese)
1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp. rum extract

Vanilla Latte
1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tsp. pure maple syrup (or raw honey)

Orange Dream
1/2 cup 100% orange juice
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
