I do understand the dilemma when you are first considering starting a home based business, I remember exactly how I felt when I was first considering starting this business nine years ago.. At that time there was still such a stigma related to network marketing or multilevel marketing, such as they don’t work, they are pyramid schemes, they are scams, along with never getting your money back. Maybe you want to work from home, you want to travel more, spend more time with your family and friends, whatever your driving force may be, you know you want to have more of a life and take back control of your life.

Here is what I am offering to all of you. What I am going to do is to create a glimpse, a day in the life of a Beachbody coach. I am going to take the pressure off and provide anyone that wants information and have their questions answered. You do not need to be signed up as a coach before working with me, so you can have all the information you need before jumping on board.

I am going to provide a lot of training over a period of about a week and a half. You will get a sneak peek into coaching and have all your questions answered, I want you to know exactly what you are getting into if you decide to work with me and exactly what you can expect. We are going to work on how we feel about ourselves and also our relationships.

I am going to be answering questions that you may have regarding this business opportunity. For instance, what does a coach do day in and day out, along with how it feels to be part of a network of people that are pursuing their big goals? I am going to give you the tools you need to overcome your fears. How do you talk to skeptics, along with your family and friends?

We are going to work on you, your nutrition, your fitness, your health goals, your mentality, and of course, your education. Knowledge is power! By the end of the week, you are going to feel equipped to make a decision as to whether this is a good fit for you or not.

Ultimate Reset Recipe-Roasted Root Medley

  1. 1/4 Medium-sized yam, washed and cut into 1-inch chunks
  2. 1/2 Large carrot, washed and cut into 1-inch chunks
  3. 1/2 Large beet, washed and cut into 1-inch chunks
  4. 1/4 Yellow onion, peeled and cut into large wedges
  5. 2 Tsp. extra virgin olive oil
  6. Himalayan salt (to taste)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl, toss all ingredients together. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until tender, turning once or twice to prevent burning. Serves 1.

Ultimate Reset Recipe-Asian Cabbage Salad

 

3 Tbsp. rice vinegar

2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice

2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil

1 1/2 Tsp. fresh ginger juice (grate a piece of fresh ginger and squeeze juice into bowl)

2 Tbsp. Bragg Liquid Aminos

1/2 Head Napa or Savoy cabbage (or regular green cabbage)

1 Carrot, shredded

1/4 Small onion, thinly sliced

1 1/2 Green onion, thinly sliced

2 Tbsp. roughly chopped cilantro

Himalayan salt (to taste)

Mix first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Toss with remaining ingredients and let marinate in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. Serves 1.
