Yoga is one of my favorite formats and it truly helps me stay strong. It connects our mind and body along with providing us with flexibility and balance exercises that we need more and more as we age. My yoga style is a little different than most, I tend to navigate towards a power style yoga. Please take as many breaks as you need and be sure to listen to your body and modify any exercise to better suit your ability. Begin with slow breaths and follow along with me as we get a full body yoga workout in your own home.
