How do I get motivated to workout or in other words I make the plan, I try, I am just so tired and I just don't feel like starting.

The answer is so simple, just do it...just move. A tip for you is to put a plan to it, put it on your schedule, whether you write it down or make a mental note, just put a plan to it and think to yourself this is what I am going to do at a specific time. This can work for so many different things, including workout motivation, how to stay motivated to exercise on a regular basis.
