You love the products, you are committed to helping others, now its time to drive towards your goals. Here are 8 simple things you can do to help grow your business:
1. Make friends!
People are successful because they are constantly looking to form new connections with people or reconnect with people from their past. Don't just evaluate people based on their potential as a business opportunity. Help them, learn about them, get to know them.
2. Never veg!
When you are out in public, look around you. Talk to people, be friendly and open. Show an interest in people and take note of things about them that you might be interested in as well.
3. Doctors are people too!
Who do you go to when you need help? Doctors, dentists, dermatologists, etc? Next time you are in their office, get to know them. They might be interested in a Shakeology sample.
4. Social media!
It's great to maintain your own pages and sites, but take the time to visit and respond to other people's pages. Interact!
5. Get out!
Take the time to sit and enjoy a meal or drink. Don't always grab your order and run out the door. Go alone and look around you. Sit at the bar and chat with the bartender. Talk to your server.
6. Fit Club - Do it!
You say you want to help people so do it. You don't need a fancy location or a large group of people. Go to a park and let people know what you are doing.
7. Help others!
It can be scary to approach people. You don't have to solicit everyone you meet. Get to know them, pay attention to their interests. Encourage those things which are positive. Eventually an opportunity will present itself.
8. Be risky!
Find creative places to leave your business card such as: donut shops, small clothing stores, health food stores, inside magazines, your doctor's/dentist's office. Talk to people you come into contact with: grocery clerk, cable person, fitting room attendant, people next to you in line...
Remember: You get out what you put in.
