Whether you’re looking to get in shape, workout , or if you’re new to fitness I’m here to help. We all go through periods where we get out of shape. Either from our diet, or pregnancy weight gain or we just want to lose 10 pounds, there are a few things you should know.

By following these steps, you can get started down the road to get fit and get healthy. Get rid of those love handles and belly fat; who wants to be out of shape and have a spare tire?!

Wellness is not all about dieting. Nutrition AND exercise can help you get in shape and burn fat and get the body you always wanted. Think about your OVERALL HEALTH, shape up and build muscle.

Step One: Schedule the time
You’ll need to schedule time to exercise. Don’t leave it to chance. Make it a necessary part of your day

Step Two: Get the right apparel
You’ll need loose-fitting comfortable clothes and a decent pair of athletic shoes.

Step Three: Pick an Exercise
Pick something manageable, like running, walking, elliptical, biking, weights. Find what works for YOU. Something you can and will do on a consistent basis.

Step Four: Intensity
Perform your exercise 20-30 minutes 3-5 times a week.

Step Five: Diet
Start making wiser choices. Nothing drastic. Slow, consistent changes will go farther than going cold turkey.
