Have you ever noticed that there are so many shoe styles? You probably want to know what’s the best for you. As a shoe enthusiast, I had to find out for myself so I’ve put together a little info from my experience to make it easier for you to decide.
One thing I get asked all the time is how I choose my workout shoes. There’s no one size fits all.
I know it may be scary to get started with your workouts; especially if you’ve never exercised before. One thing I’ve found that’ll set you up for success is being comfortable and having the right support from your footwear.
I’ve helped many others get started on their fitness journey and this is one thing I always talk about: Shoes… and I love me some shoes.
