One of the best things I did when I started to workout (and I did it accidentally) was to land a workout buddy. It was so great to have somebody walk me through the steps of changing my body and my life.
By now you’ve figured out that there’s more to getting started than just having a plan of action and the right kinda shoes… now, we’ve gotta get some accountability. If you’re anything like me, you probably have a hard time getting yourself started. Motivation comes from movement and it can be tough to get it going.
I promise it’s completely realistic.
