Today was the toughest day so far with the Ultimate Reset mainly because of poor planning on my part. It was Father’s Day and we were out and about all day long around family… and food. I didn’t make the time to prepare food as I hadn’t realized that my choices would be so limited.
We met my parents for brunch and I already had most of my fruit for the day so my options were pretty sparse. For dinner we met up with my husband’s parents and the food was already prepared so I had to essentially pick out the veggies and not eat the rest. If you’re going to do this I highly recommend prepping your meals if you know you’ll be out all day. That will really help you to stick to the plan and make sure you’re getting all the calories you need for the day.
