#1 Eat breakfast. This is one that is so critically important because when you look at the meaning of the word breakfast, it means to BREAK THE FAST. Break-fast.
Your body has been fasting for 6-8 hours. During the evening/night and that first hour that you’re awake, preferably even the first 30 minutes, after you get out of bed it is really important that you get something in your body to get your metabolism started and kicked in to gear. And no. Coffee alone does not count as eating. You gotta get some good food in your system.
#2. Don’t eat at least 3 hours before you go to bed. So, if your bed time is typically around 11 o’clock, don’t eat after 8.
