Day 4 of 21 on Beachbody’s Ultimate Reset
A lot of food and I really am liking almost all of it. So far, I’m not feeling hungry at all. I was especially skeptical of the kale, but actually the way the program has you prepare it – it is pretty darn tasty. The only item that I find to be a bit bland is the quinoa.
I did have to figure out how to stay on the program while attending a barbecue with friends. Check out the video to find out how I handled it and managed the temptation of one of my favorite things…chips.
