Day 15 of 21 on Beachbody’s Ultimate Reset
Last week was the “release” phase and included 3 detox packets a day, 30 minutes before meals. I did experience a minor dip in energy compared to week 1, but not significant. I am still waking up in the morning feeling more refreshed. I meant to weigh myself today, but didn’t get to it before my video, so I’ll be sure to report on that tomorrow.
Overall, I am learning so much regarding new foods and ingredients that are healthier choices. It seems we can just get in a rut about buying and cooking the things that we know, so this has been a great opportunity to really expand my horizons in regards to food and recipes.
