Day 14 of 21 on Beachbody’s Ultimate Reset
Hooray! Week 2 is in the books and I discovered another scrumptious soup – Squash & Coconut Milk. It is just the bomb! I can’t believe how simple the recipe is and super fast to make. I start week 3 tomorrow and I’m looking forward to stepping on the scale to see what it has to say.
On a personal note… I understand why this week was “release” week as I’ve been using the restroom more. I’ve checked in with others who have done the program and everyone’s body responds differently and no one’s journey is the same. I still have lots of energy and haven’t experienced those same low energy periods in the day that I had prior to starting the reset.
