Goals can be scary! Especially, if they are BIG!
So how do we breakdown our goals so that they aren’t so Big and Hairy?
When writing out your goals, it is a good idea to have bench marks and break them down into bite size pieces.
We use these 3 easy steps!
NUMBER: You will need a number for whatever you are trying to achieve; something specific.
EXPIRATION DATE: Must have a deadline for when you want to have achieved your goal.
Easy – A small goal that is easily attainable
Challenge – Something that will take a little more work than an easy goal
Super Cool – A BIG, HAIRY GOAL!
Let me give you an example so that you can fully understand what I mean…
Number: I want to lose 50 pounds
Expiration Date: 10 months from now
Easy-Lose-5 pounds a month
Challenge-Lose 40 pounds in 6 months
Super Cool-Lose 50 pounds in 5 months!!!!
